Once again this is covered partially in the Word Processing unit. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and above all, professionally, is extremely important. At the beginning of the section of written correspondence, you would have identified various problems with the sample letter. One of these would have been the unprofessional language used.
Therefore to communicate in a professional way, you need to understand the purpose of the letter. Here are some ideas.

It's time to leave the computer and visit an office! You may have already done this in another unit: Produce Word Processed Documents, Task 1. If you have go to Section 6. Otherwise you will need to complete this Task 9.
