Sandra is David's supervisor. She is providing informal feedback to David on his work performance. She isn't entirely happy with his performance but she wants to stay positive. Read some of Sandra's concerns about David in the speech bubbles, then click on the speech bubble (hyperlink) to suggest positive ways David can modify and re-evaluate his work performance.

You are often 10 minutes late in the morning.
There have been a number of letters sent out with spelling errors
It takes you a long time to complete the financial records. Staff are complaining they are being paid late.
Some clients have commented on your dress and hair style. They think it isn't appropriate for the office.
