Using the Swaggies Message Slips, complete telephone messages for the following calls. Assume that the Accounts Manager isn't available. NB don't forget to initial the message.
Caller 1
I'm really worried about my July account. It's much more than I expected and it is due in 1 week. I need to talk to the Accounts Manager. My name is Trevor Bilbo from Art Alive. If he's not there I want him to ring me ASAP on 62973601. Okay?
Caller 2
Just a quick call. The meeting in Sydney for all Accounts Managers has been put off till 11th and 12th November. There was a double booking of the venue so we've shifted it back 2 days.
