Activity FActivity FAdding to the Dictionary
If you are using a word like "Queanbeyan" or "Karabar" which is not in the Word dictionary, you may add it.
- Open a new Word document
- Save the file as bswp_5
- Type in the following text
| I am enrolled at Karabar Distance Education Centre which is located in Queanbeyan. |
You will notice that Karabar and Queanbeyan have a red line. This is because the Word dictionary doesn't recognise them.
- Right click on each word - Karabar and Queanbeyan, then click Add to Dictionary - these two words will now be added to the Word dictionary and not show as a spelling error again!
