Instructions: The following task is to be submitted to your teacher in one of the two ways described below.
Meetings
Jean Civil* identifies 10 types of meetings. Each gives a different experience for each team member.
There are 2 challenges in this task.
Challenge 1
• Look at the diagrams below. They identify diagrammatically different types of meetings. Each dot represents a team member.
Remember there is a team leader in each group.
Match one of the diagrams above with the meeting type and description in the table below.
Fill in the last column, explaining how you would feel as a member of that type of team.
The first one is done for you.
It is suggested that you:
open a new Word document - save it as task_9
copy both tables into Word
highlight a diagram then drag it into the appropriate row in the diagram column

A cliquish meeting- usually about status (ie- an “in” group that is more powerful within the group)
