Read the
Support Material - "Benefits of Being a Team Member".
Identify which of the 5 benefits listed ie- the following situations represent:- write your answer in the space provided.
1. You have a great idea for the project that will cut out some delays so you discuss this with the team leader who is your boss.
2. The project did not meet its target of a 20% increase in sales. The team agrees that they need to re-think their strategies for future projects.
3. Your task has taken longer than you think. You are mindful that this delay slows up every other team member and you need to make a big effort to speed things up.
4. Your team wins a state award for the project. You have been invited to represent the team at a special ceremony to receive the award.
5. You have joined a team that has been working together for some time. You are nervous about how well you will fit in. However, at the first team meeting everyone was friendly and helpful.
