Part C
Individual - positives can be included so that morale and motivation is maintained. It provides workers with information about what they do well and constructive help on areas that need improvement. This means workers know what areas need to be worked on.
Team Leader - by providing positive feedback you do not destroy the cooperation within the team.
The Task - by continuing to be constructive and positive in feedback, it is more likely the goal will be reached and to the planned standard.
