The Policy and Procedures Manual attempts to set a standard or code of behaviour in the workplace for all workers.

You will need to deal with routine problems as they arise in your daily work and be able to change your plans.

 

Here is Brian's 'To Do List' for today.

 

 

However the following events occur that will change Brian's day.

  • a colleague calls in sick and Brian will now be expected to process the outgoing mail by 3.00pm and pick up the lunches for the office.

  • the manager has asked Brian to get a birthday present for her daughter.
