The Policy and Procedures Manual attempts to set a standard or code of behaviour in the workplace for all workers.
Decision Making when Completing Tasks
You may have planned your day as the Swaggies receptionist but during the day you will be making decisions that will affect others.
Problem Solving in Completing Tasks
You will need to deal with routine problems as they arise in your daily work and be able to change your plans.
