Merchandising is about promoting and displaying items in the most appealing way. As a retail assistant, you need to know how to display merchandise in order to encourage sales.

This activity focuses on giving you the skills and knowledge to display merchandise in a way that will appeal to customers and promote sales. You will complete a number of exercises on store image, traffic flow in the store, product placement and arrangement, and actions to take with damaged goods.
